1. All customers must accept our "Disclaimer of Warranties".
2. We warrant that all products we sell are completely new and genuine.(except those with additional statements)
3. We will follow quality assurance policy of the manufacturers. The policy may change with different products and manufacturers.
4. Except those with additional statements or problems caused by man, all products can receive free servicing within 15 days after consignment. When your product needs after service, you should provide the product's order ID, member ID, order time, etc, and send the product to our specified address.
5. The following situations are outside free service:
Problems or damage caused by not following user manual of the product
Repair, disassemble, change or add parts of the product without our authorized engineers' permission in written form
Serial number or QA label of the product is altered, changed, damaged or missing
Damage caused by accidents or force majeure
Damage during the product's sending back for service
Problems or damage caused by the third party's product
Presents, gifts or prizes
Customer's subjective dissatisfaction with the product
Product exceeds our stated time limit of free service
6. When you receive the delivered product, please check if the delivered product is the one you have ordered. If you confirm that some other product, instead of the ordered one, is delivered, you may choose rejection. When we receive the returned product, we will verify if the delivery is incorrect. If it is, we will pay the shipping charge of the incorrect delivery and deliver the correct product. Otherwise, you will have to pay the charge. You must keep the returned product and its parts complete and please do not open the packing. It's recommended that you contact our customer service before you return any product.ĄŁ
7. We will provide repair service for the products we sold, and the repair charge will be very low for those who buy parts in the repairing.
8. We offer free tech support for our customers. You may call our customer service or send us emails. We will try our best to help you.
9. We cannot accept returned items with no reason.
